This fabric comes from Zinacatan, Chiapas, a community of women in southern Mexico where the use of a traditional loom called Chicotillo is mastered by the most wonderful and skilled weavers. 
 
This fabric took 2 weeks in being lommed and turned into 6 unique chalkbags.
